Making new zeroinsert for laguna tablesaw

I'm using laguna F3 fusion 52inch model in my workshop.
Zero insert of this tablesaw has open end structure,
So, when Cut a narrow width wood it push down below tabletop surface.
It isn't safe and comfortable. Then I decided to make new revised one.

They must have made some changes in the zero clearance insert. I just got my F2 last week and the insert is solid, no flex.
It's good news for laguna users! I bought f2 tablesaw in january last year. As you said l think f2 may be upgraded. thanks for comment. : )
GJ on this build! I made one using hard maple but yours came our almost exactly how I wish for it to be. I like the method you used to sold the riving knife using the router; I actually cut mine by raising the blade all the way up which didn't get it to be sturdy. Overall build you did is excellent in my opinion!

Hi - don't you have two grubscrews at the rear of the original insert to solve this issue in the first place?
I don't know Korean spec, but in UK it's very easy to level if your insert is below the table, no need to make a new one

thanks for information. Unfortunately zero insert sold here only has one screw that prevent from going upward. ㅜㅜ
