Compare that structure with the one is say is nice - it should look like a book - each chapter of the book nested within the previous etc. Very defined.

Yeah it’s mostly based on Google ad competition which is why we verify with other tools too. AHREFs KD uses different metrics like backlinks and DR.

They are all buy intent keywords (Best, Versus) , Low Traffic, Low Difficulty.

I've learned a lot from this video but im just missing one thing how are you going to monetize these niches after you find them? on the video title you wrote affiliate so I'm assuming you will monetize them with affiliate links/products ect... but for example how are you going to monetize a niche like philodendron ?

Did you just buy the domain and added content? Or did you buy the existing website?
I bought the domain, recreated the content. And when that didn’t work as well as I wanted, I recreated the content with AI which has done well so far.
I keep finding complicated niches but unable to execute.
