He can speak out of both sides of his mouth all he wants, he did in fact ignore basic immunology. He did not push back on those committees' advise.

I've always known that an actual infection is the best defense but that a vaccine would give you a small boost which may or may not be helpful. Personally, I can't read minds so I don't know if he has any nefarious intention. Your question imply that you knew he has nefarious intention. My stance is neutral on whether he has nefarious intention or not. But my stance on whether the President has the ability to access classified document would be different.
Formality speaking, Trump was the President, the President who has been elected by the public, should have the highest authority when it comes to classified documents. There should be no governmental documents that are too confidential that the President cannot have access and declassify.

I stopped getting a flu shot 15 years ago. Since then I haven't gotten the flu.
