    You can get Artist paper thats thick, in the drawing section at Walmart... Or hobby lobby

    1. the inks in newspapers and some of those circulars are less hazardous and less permanent vegetable dyes. They are created for short term use and rub off easily nowadays.
    2. Its parchment paper, easily available in a wide variety of weights and colors at office supply stores and amazon. Southworth is one brand available in 100 sheets for 29lb (closer to 20lb copy paper) for $9. Also available in coverweight such as 65, 90 and higher weights. It doesn't matter since its blotting potential is the same as cheap white copy paper.
    3. I just use deli paper which I have for a million other craft purposes. It is folded in half, I sandwich the samples in the sleeve and stick it inside supersize dictionaries.

    How do you make the paper smooth again to reuse it?

      Hi, unless the flowers are really thick or wet, I can generally use the paper over and over - let dry between use. Perhaps an iron may help. Since paper is pretty inexpensive, if I need fresh paper I recycle the worn out paper and use fresh. Thanks for watching!
