Frank is so real, it's hard to believe he is acting.
The thing I found fascinating was when I learned that apparently Frank’s actor in real life was the complete opposite of Frank’s personality in the show. So yes, he was a really good actor!! :)

Frank is hilarious, but he’s always trying to cut corners. He uses both Ray & Robert for different reasons. Because Ray is a sports writer, he uses his knowledge to bet on games and watch his satellite tv, remember the episode where he installed an illegal splitter to steal Ray’s cable. He uses Robert because Robert is a police officer, he uses him to get out of certain situations like tickets & any other legal troubles.

@@darthbedlammasterofdueling4519 Well first, it is not breaking and entering. Second, they are in Raymond's house and not Frank so Frank cannot call the cops. Third, since Robert has been living with them for more than x amount of time, he would be considered a tenant, not a guest. I am assuming Robert has keys which again means it not breaking and entering. Frank is just a bully and misbehaves whenever he does not get his way.

And ray is a poor excuse for a father!
