  • The two dominant and undefeated teams of the 2000 rugby league World Cup tournament in Britain faced off in the final. Although New Zealand eased into the final with a walloping of the hapless English, the Australians were pushed by a gallant Wales, only securing victory in the final quarter. The final was held at Old Trafford, Manchester, on November 25, 2000.

    as an american i am so impressed by dual code rugby nationals like sailor and rogers also sonny bill rod thorn and the full back maori cant remember his name his playing on eing now for warriors in nrl

    As an Aussie I would have ruled no try. Tries must not be about what we think. It must be about seeing. I do not see touch down and neither do the commentators. That's why they say they think. God bless

      @M That means that most of the world is full of jellyfish that cannot take a minor ankle tap without rolling around the ground in agony acting like a two year old that has just had his lollypop taken away from him. One small tackle on a soccer player by a junior rugby league player would put the soccer player is hospital for 6 months.

      It’s from 2000 so you wouldn’t get the sort of quality that you would get today.
