I'm almost done with my rebuild on a 75 online six. Just have one question if anyone could help me. I need to get the crankshaft gear on but there's no threaded end on the crank. I used a torch to heat the cam gear and got that on do I do the same for the crankshaft gear and the hormonic balancer? I've searched for almost 2 weeks so far and found nothing yet. Thanks in advance.
Very nice
sweet balancer!
Always invest in yourself!
Don't be getting that nice shirt dirty! :)
No worries. There's more where that one came from.
Nice work.
How do you like the T&S Balancer?
Take care, Ed.
Great machine

I use a balancer installer tool with a sort piece of pipe. Just press it on.

Whats the difference between the 292 crank and the Truck inline 6 cylinder 1950s 302 ci
7 main bearings on the 292, most 292 have 12 counterweights. GMC have 4 main bearing and I believe 6 CW.
Which crank is better for making high hp racing.
