Alhamdulillah, in 20 years this has been the most balanced and informative discussion I have ever heard on this topic, and has cleared up my confusion about this. May Allah reward the Sheikh and guide, protect and have mercy on all of us. Amin.

Find Out I challenge you to go visit a slaughterhouse anywhere in u.s or u.k except you will find an atheist, Hindu, Buddhist, agnostic working as a slaughterman. These countries are majority multicultural & you will barely find practicing Christians, except Amish communities.

Find Out I’m not giving a fatwa I’m basically supporting the view of the mashaikh who are against eating.
1- dabeeha: is what is slaughtered with a blade, let the blood flow. Modern slaughterhouses use electric shock.
2- the workers are from different religions & backgrounds- it’s not a condition by the employer to check if they are Christian or Jew.
3- the restaurants you eat from also cook pig meat in the same kitchen, you’re meal will be exposed to cross contamination during the cooking process.

I just want to point out that it is not the jugular veins that are relevant for correct slaughtering. The carotid carotid arteries are the ones that have to be cut in order to ensure the blood leaving the body quickly.
Only cutting the veins would lead to the animal loosing blood very slowly and as a result dying painfully

For ex: we put a Caset recorder that plays the name of Allah and repeat the name of Allah automatically without the need of human interfare instead of the human and other machine that functions like a mechanical knife and cut the neck of the animal without the need of a human to take part...!?..is it halal to eat..!?

Can you comment on the cross contamination of the animals? For example if I was a follower of Shafii madhab and go to a restaurant that serves pork and other animals. Would it permissible to eat the products fried in same oil?
I have a question. I live in a country where halal meat is very difficult to come by and the little that there is is quite expensive (I live on a very tight income). Its a Christian country by name but recent studies suggest that the younger generation is becoming no religion. What would the ruling be in this situation? I'm a convert and was told since its a Christian country its permissible to eat the meat but these arguments in Yassir Qhadi's video seem very logical. Does this mean I should try to be vegetarian since halal is not readily available?
Maybe you could try to contact a scholar residing in the country you live in for advice/guidance.

The trained does not kill the animal, it only captures it and holds it till it’s Master can come and slaughter it. Hope that answers your question.

The Quran so clearly states the meat of ahlal kitab “has been made” halal for us- has been made meaning after the Hijra - so this was an abrogation. Why do we need to add 10 more qualifications of rules from Meccan era to what is already so clear?
Pure assumptions from when an animal is dead, who is really people of the book, which book, and the biggest presumption that since many foolish pseudo-scholars agree, then it must be right.
I personally have stopped eating Nando's and KFC, which is Halal as I don't agree with them stunning the animal before the slaughter. I believe we should eat with Rahmah. Also doesn't Allah say its haram to eat animals that have had a heavy blow to the head?, which is like stunning
