I'm a former military training instructor looking to get back in fighting shape, and you're an awesome trainer. Seriously, I've gone from trouser size 38 to a size 36 in the span of a week. All I did was moderate my eating habits and exercise to your vid virtually everyday during that time. Thank you tons!

Love seeing all the comments. We filmed this class in Okinawa Japan with a bunch of excited fitness enthusiast! Great experience. Depending on how much energy you put into this workout...I would say you can burn 500-800 calories. Have fun and thanks for watching!
This exercise is also good for c- section post pregnancy? I m mother of one yr old baby. Can I do this exercise one time in a day or twice in a day? How much I lose weight in a month??

@gosska1995 I FOUND IT!! after crazy amounts of research cause I heard it on this and had it in my head for ages...it's enrique iglesias dont turn off the lights. i reckon its someone's remix, i couldn't find the one used on this though, but we have a basis!! youv'e probably already found out by now, but there we go :)
Sunaina munjal I think the whole body, thus belly fat too. But the thing is that when you gain weight the first place where fat goes to is belly and its the last place from where it goes away.
