    Hello Jenny! I echo what others are writing. I found your wonderful workout in March and have been doing in daily for the past two months. I truly see the difference in how I look but most importantly how I feel! This workout is strengthening my heart and lungs! I was one of the original Jane Fonda Workout devotees who started exercising when it was only a book! Now at age 66, I am comforted to hear Jane state that she can no longer does her own workout but has modified it to fit her age and abilities. Thanks for bringing your expertise to us seniors!     I've not exercised for a very long time. Had no motivation. My health has now dictated otherwise. This is perfect. Kept up to 20 minutes then had enough. Simple exercises and got my heart going. Low impact but good for over 50s. Thank you. I will continue these exercises until I can do them with flair and ease. Thanks Jenny.

    I have been enjoying the updated version of this workout which is a full hour. I can’t seem to find that version any more. Could you please put it back on CZcams? I loved it. Just the right amount of warm up and exercise and cool down stretching. Thanks so much.

    I'm 265 pounds and looking for ways to get fit. Found this video and made it through 15 minutes. I had walked for 3 minutes at 3 mph on my treadmill before this, as well as cleaning my house. I'll definitely be using this video daily. Thank you so much! 💕

    Loved it, l'm 62 pre diabetes, haven't done anything for a long time, only walking, l found this really good, memories from when l taught low impact in the 80s, loved it, thank you 🌹

    I’m 61 years old and the heaviest I’ve ever been; including my two full-term pregnancies. Because of spinal injuries, I have lost at least 3 inches in height. In my younger days, up to my thirties, I was fit and trim. Now because of sickness including depression, I am in horrendous shape. I can feel myself dying by degrees.
    I intend to start these workouts tomorrow. Thank you and God bless!

    What I enjoy about this workout is to start with I can't keep up with the instructors bounce but I can see the other folks are doing about the same as me so that is encouraging me ,and the instructor is still giving encouragement to us .

      Yep...me too age 49...was always fit....then illness happened. Just did this for the first time...broke a good sweat lasted only 15 min. But did leg lifts before and it's a heatwave with no fan.

    Glad I found this. I'm not in the best shape, and at 68 years old I can't do a lot of jumping anymore. I managed to get my heart rate up and did your second video right after this one. I worked up a sweat and feel great the morning after. Thanks!

    Jenny loved your video I am watching and following your updated version , today I could not find it what happened I have been following your updated version since the start of pandemic. I am doing it 5 times a week since I am now retired its the only exercise in CZcams that I can tolerate till the end.Thank you for sharing your video.

      I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to learn about exercise programs for the elderly try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got great success with it.

    There were some things about this that I liked; the instructors upbeat personality, creativity and clear instructions, the music and the cueing was good. Some of the exercises and stretches are not appropriate for seniors though... Reaching for the toes (unsupported spinal flexion), back stretches performed very quickly & not enough cueing for safety and technique on squats and side lunges are some examples. More cueing for breathing, modifications, core strength & stabilization, safety/pacing/HR and water breaks for participants would be a positive addition. The talk test is a good tool for making sure people are working at a safe intensity. The RPE scale is another good idea. Great job on your energy!

    I’m 78 and this 20 minute workout is perfect! Exactly what I’ve been needing and it means I don’t have to drive to the gym in the winter time. Doing this everyday is going to keep me in shape. Thanks for providing such a great health benefit!

    I was not sure how I was going to keep losing weight without swimming during Covid. I was SO worried! I found your video and it was perfect for my bone on bone knee situation. Gentle enough for these terrible knees! I was able to continue exercising and also managed to continue losing weight. THANK YOU! I will start swimming again soon, however I will continue this exercise video as well! I am 55 and down 140 pounds and counting!

    Hi Jenny. I've been doing this routine for about a fortnight now. It was a struggle at first but I'm enjoying it now. I feel better in myself. I use to run 30 miles a week back in 2019 but packed it up due to hip pain. I've had two types of cancer but I'm ok now. I practice tai chi every morning but wanted some form of aerobic workout to get my body moving, when you get to 67 you need to keep moving. Thank you for uploading this workout.     Love this Workout for me didn't know how I needed it I'm 82 April 4th 83 determined to get in Shape love walking outside but with covid19 playin it safer. I have allergies to Medicine as well as the others not taking vaccine till much better research. Kinda iffy right now. So here I go exercise eat right n pray

    Thank you Jenny! I'm working from home during the pandemic and have found myself eating more and moving less. It is really hard to motivate yourself to exercise and I tried a couple other videos before finding yours. I love that it is challenging without being too hard and that there are grannies and grand pappies of all ages and sizes working out with you. That and your great attitude has given me the incentive to keep going! I'm trying to do this once a day and have almost gotten to the end without stopping. As soon as I can do that and all the moves, I'll look for your full version.

      I am a 71 year old male and had to give up my daily mile swim due to Covid 19. Happily I found the wonderful 54 minute Fit over 50 which gives me better exercise and I do it every day. I hope it will never be removed. I would be happy to buy a copy of it if it is available. Haven't tried other videos since this one is perfect for me.

    I am proud to announce that I have done this exercise twice this weel without stopping once for water all the way to 22 min and boy have I been waiting for me to get to this point where I now have much stronger endurance and kicks! riding the huffy with knee braces helps too three times around the neighborhood!

    In lock down in Wales. I usually go to yoga and enjoy walking but your routine has certainly got the heart pumping. As others have noted it’s a pity the session gets cut off before the end. You give really good Clear instructions. As my B&B is closed and have no income it’s been brilliant to find you. Well done and thank you

      Greetings from the west coast of Ireland. The world is definitely getting smaller ! I love your routine and I have been doing it every morning since lockdown. I finish off with a 20 minute yoga for complete beginners. Great for cooling. Keep up the good work 👍👍

    Thank you. This 70 year old has become overweight and out of shape in the past 2 1/2 years. Despite exercising all my life, once you quite…it’s so hard to get back into regularly. This workout was perfect. All basic exercises I have done in aerobic classes for over 50 years. Easy to kick it up a notch if you want. Will look into some of your other workouts too.

    I've been exercising with you in your gym, in front of your garage, and inside your home, and every time is fun and definitely beneficial. Keep up the good work, please! (The only problem I have is that the session in the gym cuts off before it is over.)
