- I always liked this song. It debuted in the Ziegfeld Follies of 1927 and has become a standard in the American Songbook.

Bravo, Gerald. You just took this old lady way back in time when I would listen to my Dad play My Blue Heaven on his guitar and sing along. Good memories. Happy Easter

Love it. ❤️ You just reminded me that I have this song on a piano roll for my player piano.
Thanks

Lovely swing to a great song - thanks for sharing!
Many thanks!
What a wonderful rendition Gerald! Love it that you are now using low G ukuleles for a lot of songs. I remember taking workshops quite a few years ago from you and you were a traditionalist high G ukulele player. Congratulations for such a superb video. Have a wonderful Easter weekend my friend.
Thanks for listening Barry. I still use the high-g Uke for certain numbers. Some tunes only sound good with a high-g.
Always well done! Thanks Gerald!!
Thanks Ray
thank you always
Thank you too
Spectacular!!!🥰
Thank you! 😊
Great arrangement on a classic
Thanks
I love the way you play these things, but I have to say the best part is the way you use silence! One of the great musical paradoxes: nothing = everything. Dynamics are great too, plus that's an amazing instrument you're playing, very alive.
Thank you Art
