Anyone else feel like Chloe secretly has a crush on Garrett and that's why she's acting the way she's acting and also why she probably doesn't like Kelsey? Because I honestly can't see why she has so much hate towards her especially when Kelsey has shown she's a good friend to Juliette. Is Chloe forgetting all the times she talked crap about Juliette behind her back? When she intentionally brought Cara around, just to piss Juliette off? Did she forget the time her and Juliette got in a physical fight and she forgave her? What has Kelsey done? She got upset and expressed her feelings about Juliette, which we can all agree she shouldn't have done but how is that worse than all the things Chloe has done to Juliette? Now that Juliette and Sam are a thing and Sam is richer than Alex she wants to make sure her spot is secured so she can reap the benefits of being around Sam.
