4:18 - I remember thinking these commercials seemed impossible at the time. It certainly seemed far off in 94.

Radio Shack, Cameras and 1-800 Wars definitely gives that feel of 90s things that were finished before the decade was done for the most part.

Iconic devious chocolate box that makes it look like you're getting way more than you actually are >:(.

12:31 - A better Star Wars than most of the new stuff coming out today.

In 1994 a real Star Wars movie hadn't been released in 11 years and even a little taste of Darth Vader in an Energizer commercial felt like the closest thing to a sequel/prequel you could get at the time. Star Wars still had this elusive magic quality to it. None of the backstory of the prequels had been filled in yet and you only had your imagination to dream of what a prequel/sequel trilogy would be like.
Lucas and especially Disney have completely oversaturated the market with mediocre movies/TV shows, and even though I've begrudgingly watched most of them the magic is gone. Star Wars has become an on-demand commodity with new product every few months rather than being something you had to wait *years* to see more of.
I honestly think only Andor and parts of the Mandalorian have done justice to the franchise since the OT.

I'll take the "AGGGHHHHHHHH" over the "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" we got in Episode 3, lol.

I remember that KFC ad as a kid, mostly because Taz was my favorite Looney Tunes character

Polaroid Captiva- 0:37- “Where’s my picture?! I want my picture!” I’m sure that’s the last thing you would hear a kid say about getting their picture taken. They likely would be avoiding getting their picture taken.
Radio Shack- The sequence where they depicted the teenage boy growing in the beginning of this commercial reminds me of the growth sequence of Daryl Hannah in the remake of the movie, “Attack Of The Fifty Foot Woman”.

Fitting that "All I Want For Christmas" aired on NBC, as it was one of the first projects Brandon Tartikoff was responsible for during his time at Paramount.

At least those "You Will" AT&T ads correctly predicted a lot of technologies we had today!
Charlie O'Donnell from Wheel of Fortune doing the NBC movie voiceover!
    IT'S SNOWING FOR YOU BUDDY!

When that Star Wars energizer commercial first came on everyone's head snapped to the TV.

That sounded like Whitney Houston singing the jingle at the end of the AT&T commercial.
