The flag is real! They changed it just a few years ago! The Finns had the swastika flag before the nono germans😃 the independence day parades in Finland looked like a no no rally so that might have something to do with the decision
Also there’s still a swastika in the finnish presidental flag and in Finland it’s not called a swastika but instead a cross of liberty

During the war of independence and civil war the Finns received some biplanes from a Swedish noble, which painted blue swastikas on them as a sign of good luck, Marshal Mannerheim made the Swastika the official roundel and symbol of the Finnish Air Force to show how grateful he was.
Count von Rosen donated those planes to Finland BEFORE he became a brother-in-law with Hermann Göring and founded a National socialist party in Sweden. So there's nothing wrong with the symbol.

To clarify, the swastika on the Finnish Air Force flag, or symbol is NOT a fascist symbol.
The symbol was adopted in 1918, way before the German swastika was even dreamt of.
The blue swastika was a personal good luck charm of Eric von Rosen, who donated the second ever aircraft, the Thulin Typ D to the Finnish Air Forces and this is the source for the Swastika in Finnish Air Force insignia.

In protest, Tegaru started painting horses in the flag of Tigray as it was more difficult to remove.
