Hi Kate. Your Gluggle Jug doesn’t Gluggle because it’s not a genuine Wade Ceramics Gluggle Jug. Wade recently sold out to the Gluggle Jug Co so you can still get the real thing but you have to pay that bit extra for the genuine item.
