    Mail readers will have a warm glow this morning. But this Rwanda plan is still utterly impractical and a colossal waste of money. And despite the opinions of some, it still casts this country in a poor light.

    Bread and circus to see out his unelected term.
    If they were serious we'd none would get through and anyone who claimed via airports, lorry's ect would be offshored to the the western isles with no access to benefits, social housing ect if successful.
    It would stop overnight.
