Advice here! from someone who has been deposed and called as a witness. When a lawyer asks you a yes/no question, answer yes/no! Do not give in to wanting to explain yourself! THAT’S where people are caught lying or perjuring themselves. They will trip you up every time. Keep it to yes/ no when you can!
