After three weeks of exploring Singapore, we are back on the road! This time we walk from Singapore to Malaysia! This is our first land border that we cross on land. Is it easy to cross the Singapore border to Malaysia, Johor Bahru? How long does it take and what are the requirements?
Thank you Singapore for the wonderful memories! Hope to be back soon!
Special thanks to Pradeep, our badass host in Singapore!
Thank you Somel and to your beautiful family!
Big hugs to all Singaporeans in the comments who supported us with good thoughts and interesting and useful travel information!

This is definitely d first vlog I see, tourists crossing border from Singapore to Malaysia by walking. U guys certainly don't need car or bus, train or airplane, by two feet, just fine. Welcome to Malaysia.
Haha, thank yooou 🎉
@@DodoExplorers Hahaha, Bravo. 🙂
@@DodoExplorers even no problem if continue by cycling around Malaysia, later cross border to northern countries 😀
Sister They are totally different....we know them very well 🥰🥰🥰😜
I think u guys r very adventurous, really. I've come across this vlog, a foreign tourists with their video, walking from KL to Langkawi, haven't watch it yet, but I guess they were hitchhiking. Wow, so many wonderful vloggers.
From Bangladesh 🇧🇩 Love to our Malaysian brothers 🇲🇾 ❤
Michael and Gigi are awesome. Love u guys
❤️❤️
@@DodoExplorers sorry for telling this but you must know that gigi in malay language mean teeth. Just FYI
Hi.Malaysian here.I've just subscribed. Welcome to Malaysia. Hope you'll enjoy your stay here.
Hi Dodos, thank you for watching!
What should we visit in Malaysia?
KL.. from larkin sentral (johor bahru) may take bus to KL (TBS) fare about rm30 only. if got time go to genting highland by bus from kl sentral.. then cameron highland, langkawi, penang and sabah..
If you like food, eat all the local foods of Malaysia esp nasi lemak and many varieties of it everywhere in Malaysia.. Places like Melaka would be very good..
Get robbed and corruption with the police haha
Oh ya.. go to malacca before KL.. from larkin to melaka sentral fare around rm21 only.. after enjoy malacca can take bus to KL (TBS) fare around rm10 only..
Is that question for entire malaysia or just johor only? If entire malaysia it takes more than 1 month to explore. For johor, the nearest to jb, tanjung piai. The last point on continental eurasia, that is not in sentosa singapore ok(despite signboard there). Since no children tagging along, no point going to legoland which is in johor. Tioman island off mersing will be interesting.
If you are targeting peninsula suggested locations are.
1.Melaka (Malacca) - after johor
2. KL of course
3. Fraser's hill
4. Cameron highlands
5. Taiping town and orangutan rehabilitation centre on an island. If you cannot visit borneo, your chance to volunteer there.
6. Penang (of course)
7. East coast islands. I am not sure if romanians like beaches and sea with crystal clear waters eg tioman, rawa, perhentians, redang. Some people are not beach type people.
Borneo will have too many places to go. Generally nature and rainforest. Scuba diving, water rafting, mountain climbing, canoneering,
Welcome to Malaysia guys. Remember to use your hands when crossing the road. Enjoy your stay!
Ideal itinerary
From JB - Melaka - KL - Penang - Kelantan/Terengganu - Pahang - KL - Sabah/Sarawak

The covered walkways are not just to shield from rain but much more from the hot sun. It encourages people to walk and use public transport. I have walked both ways before. Daily every morning thousands people cross to S'pore to work or school. Some walk across before the bus service starts and the rises. It is then cool with little traffic and most pleasant to walk the 10-15 mins across with hundreds of other people to catch the first bus or train. Some factory buses wait to take workers to work. Welcome. It was in 1965 that Singapore left Malaysia. People cross because S'pore lacks manpower for their industries. The Bah Kut Teh is Meat Ribs Tea literally - herbal pork soup with tou foo (soya bean puffs), mushrooms and ribs meat.
some singaporean go to malaysia just for lunch or dinner. because here it is much cheaper and satisfying. cheaper with quality. gigi, how to 'have fun with the ATM'? hahaha so funny...
welcome to your 2cd hometown Malaysia
Thank you so much, Alam!

Welcome to Malaysia 🇲🇾 just subscribed to your channel.
Stay safe in Malaysia, beware of snatched thief and pick pockets.
The claypot you're eating is called Bak Kut Teh in Hokkien. A famous local food which means Bak=Pork Meat, Kut=Pork bones, Teh=Tea. Traditionally Chinese will put chinese tea and blend with pork bones, meat to cook up Bak Kut Teh. Enjoy the food in Malaysia. 😊😊
OMG got get life. I am 40 NV got snatched. So if they to the US you going to say beware of random gun violence is it.
Take Love,, ❤️❤️🇧🇩🇧🇩
