      For how cheap you can buy them, it’s defiantly worth the shot

      Just got a dark grey BM with stone chips on the front, would you recommend, using a touch up pen, then the grey t cut..
      And maybe a proper buffer to save on the elbow grease..
      I know it's a few years after the fact. But any advice would be sweet..
      Cheers mate

    You are supposed to let it dry before buffing it off.

      Think for the time I left it doing the whole car it should’ve been okay. But you normally do it in small spots

    Did you use a dark coloured T-cut on your car?
    I only thought it came in a cream colour. Just did it on my car and I’ve found it’s made the marks stick out more. I’m going to try with a cotton cloth this time. But was wondering can t-cut come in a darker colour?

    Lol its not just as easy as wack it on, buff it off. It takes a lot of time to buff it off. When done properly

      Tbf it did take a while to buff off, but this is just a quick little resort, if you want the best results you'd need alot more time, products and tools

      So when using a buffer tool to do this, how do you stop the buffer from going in a circular motion ? 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂ Applying T-Cut
      Working in a circular motion, rub the solution over the scratched area, applying firmly to ensure it gets into the grooves of the damage (especially with coloured T Cut). In many cases, the cloth changes colour as the top layer of paint is removed. these are the instructions for using this product , so your comment is nonsense , try doing a bit of research before commenting on things that you clearly dont know about, while trying to be a smart arse

    Its a dry horrible out of date product that takes big scratches out and leaves lots of smaller one...its at best the first stage of a scratch removal..so many better products out there now

    • @UltimateGarage
      @UltimateGarage  Před 3 lety

      There will always be a better product out there that will take much more time and give a better finish, as a first resort and for the price it’s a good place to start to try and see how severe the damage is. If t cut doesn’t make a difference then you start looking into other options.
