Going Bad neighbor is an inevitable. There's the social game, but then there's logistics.
Blue failed the logistics by trying to play too much of the social instead of securing his borders and got broken instead of being defensive.
1:00 Abandoned Barracks actually has 3 point hold if you take some of the territories from Dungeons of Morubai if u whant, 3 point hold on plus 15 is not bad, but red whas strong there.
I would say that the 20 minutes videos are the best
at 19:15 in the video you had a PERFECT opportunity to killguard blue (could even let him farm cards in that area), yet you decided to hit the "killguardable" stack. Sure... you would have to hit the 4 stack instead, but you would have prevented the possibility of someone else getting their cards.

You did a mistake a 19:30… you should have attacked the blue 4 to kill gard a 1 in between two 7s.
It would have been a much safer way to keep the kill of the blue bot :)
I think CG was concerned that, because the bot wasn't attacking downward, there was a big red/magenta stack in the way. So if he took the 4, he would be weakened and potentially facing a 20+ stack that could run through all of his bonuses much easier now that it realises how undefended CG is.

The +8 was a 3 point hold if you pushed into the +7 a bit
Half the map is three point hold for +19.
@@jacobrietz8998 you can’t get half the map for a 3 point hold on first, second or even third turn tho.
