  • In this short video we join Jimmy Sallis down on the river Avon as we attempt to catch some chub on the stick float.
    Is there a finer way to catch a chub? We don't think so!

    Another great video from you guys at korum, and a method that will always be devastating for many species. Don't think there's a method which is more enjoyable on the river. Great job korum. Best wishes and stay safe and well to you all and your families.

    never have been able to understand why folks purposefully fish for carp.. But meh thats just me. I bet most people would think the same about fishing for Shark like i do lol. Hey whatever floats your boat :P . .Nice channel.

    Can you please tell me what's the casting range in grams? I mean, it's possible to use this rod to cast a 10 grams waggler fishing in lakes? I love this rod

    That last Chub had what looked injuries. Pike???? comments on how it may have happened would be helpful.

      Possibly from spawning, dont think it was from pike as it was only on one side.

    is it helpful to change clothes and waders whenever you change swim ?

    • @KorumFishing
      @KorumFishing  Před 2 dny

      What happens is when you get a bit warm you take off your jumper, and when you want to wade you usualy take off your waterproof trousers and put waders on, then when you get a bit cold you put your jumper back on.

    The last lead is on the bottem? How you set the dept with this systeem

    • @KorumFishing
      @KorumFishing  Před 4 lety +1

      You set the depth by sliding the float up and down. You will know if you are dragging bottom as your float will keep getting pulled under or stuck. River beds are never uniform so you may be on depth in part of the run but overdepth abit further down stream. If you trap the line as the float gets caught up the bait will lift up off the bottom and carry on down stream. Hope that makes sense
