Mild built trans, lowered, and Cognito suspension control arms, Ppe Cast tierods hoping too get too those kinda power numbers one day. I might be pushing 7-750. Need too build the bottom end next and I’ll go Compound with a extra pump. She burns clean clean now tho, hardly any smoke. My tuner did a great job with the trans and fuel and air.

Un burnt fuel means hot egt hot egt is bad Edit : The more complicated way to explain it is, the trucks air to fuel ratio is a catastrophe because he’s got 2 giant turbos and stock sticks, stock fuel pump and no lift pump. Cant burn the fuel off if you don’t have the air moving to clean it up can’t get the turbos spinning without enough fuel complicated but simple.
your battery situation. can be solved easily. 1 simple Trick. any E series Van E250 E350. battery box is mounted to the frame rail. doesnt hang down very low at all....... bolt holes are already in the trucks frame....... just use some grade 8 12mm bolts... and nuts and install that and some battery cable and you have two batterys agian. doing this for 3 battery's on my truck.
the 6.0 bottom end doesn't need help - however O-ringed heads are a must and after that there's zero issues. modded trucks almost never retain the EGR or DPF so it's a stock block with typically killdevil heads (stock refurished are fine but don't flow quite as well) and head studs. that plus 140% injectors and you're almost instantly good for 700whp when the 6.0 is joined with a large external oil cooler. when driven responsibly this setup will get 24mpg on low boost and last forever. no need to roll coal with a properly tuned powerstroke.
Is this for real? What a horrible turbo pairing for the power goals. Stock fuel and a stock motor? Should’ve bought SoCals turbo mount too instead of that home grown atrocity.
