Honestly, I went to Liberia in 2018 to start the moving process but I got discouraged and came back, but Mehn, Sis you keep inspiring me. Sierra lone is one of those countries that got their independence from the British colony and it's on the west of Liberia

I would love to hear some of the Liberian's forward & emotionally felt comments about yoga. I can hear them now, "What is with all this breathing technique, I'm not going to have a baby, I'm just trying to be healthy & happy & feel good." I'm just saying. . . Of course being open to new health habits creates opportunities for many benefits. Yes, definitely the hand stands & goddess poses are on point!

Honestly, there's no better way to help people see Liberia from a different perspective than what you are doing. Today, the world is all about marketing. The constitution provides that everyone has the right to practice their religious believe within the borders of Liberia, but one thing that has continue to be misguided, and inappropriately addressed is our culture, and traditions. Yes! We should all come together, and write out the wrongs, and also firmly stand against them [meaning, things like: corruption, traditional malpractices, rape etc], but not also marginalizing the ones that are of good because beyond everything else that we can adapt, or choose to believe; we are an African people, and we should not continue to think of being westernized by wanting to be others through following them rather than having us establishing ours that would serve as a direct representation of what we are than being what we are not. It is solely important that we regain our consciousness in knowing our origin, and adding value to our culture, and tradition for I think that is the primary means through which we can be added, or counted on the wagon of Africanism as many other Africans countries like: Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, etc. We can not be Americans above being Africans thus appreciating the good things we have adapted, or by far learned from the westerners. Facts. Plus you can stretch, meditate and exercise without yoga, they're just copying what they've been conditioned to accept. Don't be fooled either, Yoga and Hinduism can't be separated. If there was an exercise in the Bible or Koran people wouldn't even allow it in schools here due to separation of Church & state but Yoga is everywhere. (It was created so Hindus could be yoked to the many Hindu god's they serve)

You guys need to know that yoga is Hinduism, a path to enlightenment. The correct time to do it is 4:30am. It has to be done before sunrise. And before you start you do a cleansing process called "pancha Kriya" then cold shower. Absolutely important to take cold shower before starting because of the energy flows happening in your being. In the U.S. as you know, they take foreign things and change it into something else to make money. So always start with cold shower, pancha Kriya, and mantra that u were talk. Yoga comes from Lordy Shiva. Know the truth. Share the truth. Namaste. Blessings 🙏

Brahman is the Hindu concept of god. And what is the concept of god in Hinduism? Find that out but for a startup, Hinduism belief in many gods. And you, the practitioner of yoga are one of those gods.
The devil is very subtle, he sometimes uses things that are pleasant to get to the children of God. Exercising is beneficial for the body, but it doesn't have to be yoga...
