Not a bad looking place at all. Need some fixing up but certainly better than that one place. Nice to have a lake view. All the unrestricted properties we looked at had a junk yard or something really unsightly near by.

Sevierville area is where you would like to be? What other things are on your "wish" list for property? There's that sledding hill. Nice spot for your Camper to park in that "turn around" 1 Acre can be a lot of Ground. All pine-ed out!? I like it. These are so easy to repair, Tammi and I (with the rest of a factory) buit 10 of these a day the dry half was always a relief until people starting wanting more and more extras!! Lol when we left we were building 4 a day and they were detailed. The code on these is enforced and engineered in detail also so.... they do have some down sides but I have some tips!?!?!?

The thing with manufactured homes is that the building doesn't hold value over time.
Looks okay, some work there but the driveway is rough and the roads I would be wondering how fair in the winter time with snow and ice, definitely wouldn't want to go off the side. Thank you for sharing God bless stay safe and love y'all 🎉🎉🎉❤
