ഞാനും ഉണ്ടാക്കി കേട്ടോ. ശെരിക്കും അടിപൊളി അറുന്ന്. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ cook ചെയ്യുന്ന ആളല്ല. എന്റെ വീട്ടിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഇളയ കുട്ടിയാണ് ഞാൻ. അതോണ്ട് വീട്ടിലെ മറ്റു 3 പെണ്ണുങ്ങളും ആന്ന് പാചകം. ഒരു ദോശ പോലും ഉണ്ടാകാൻ എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി അടുകയിൽ കയറി ഒരു പാചക പരീക്ഷണം നടത്തിയത് സർ ഇതിൽ പറയുന്ന മലബാർ ബിരിയാണി ആണ്. എന്നാല് ബിരിയാണി കഴിച്ചപ്പോ എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ ഒത്തിരി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു. മുഴുവൻ നന്ദിയും എനിക്ക് sirinodanu. ഇനി ഹോട്ടലിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരിയാണി വങ്ങാരുത്തെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരികുവ. ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ മതിയെന്ന് എല്ലാവരും പറഞ്ഞെകുന്നെ.thank you soooooo much sir. ഞാൻ എന്റെ ലൈഫിൽ ആദ്യമായി ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഡിഷ് ആണ് ഇത്. ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കില്ല.😙😙😙😙😗😗😗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Husband ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടായി ❤.. പിന്നെ ഇന്നലെ full ഉണ്ടാക്കി 7പേർക്ക് ഉള്ളത്.. രണ്ടു പ്രാവശ്യവും എനിക്ക് നന്നായി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പറ്റി.. എത്ര പറഞ്ഞാലും തീരാത്ത നന്ദിയുണ്ട് 🥰... അങ്ങേയ്ക്കും കുടുംബത്തിനും എല്ലാവിധ നന്മകളും നേരുന്നു 🥰

Here in UAE, we get Calicut dum biriyani exactly the same as you shown in this video and I always wonder about its unique taste and texture. I have tried a lot biriyani recipes from different CZcams channels and it was an utter failure and the comments I get from family and friends are “it’s ok”. But today I made this one, OMG the taste! The exact taste of hotel biriyani and the feedback I got is excellent. Can’t express my happiness and thank you for this wonderful recipe. Always used to make biriyani with all masalas like chilli powder coriander powder n all.. I was disappointed by seeing that he isn't using any of that.. so I thought just to try it . .. fabulous it was.. now I understood that without all these masalas itself we can make a great taste .
