Thank you for this recipe with all the details....if possible please make a video on how to make a biriyani base and freeze this. Where I live during Christmas, New year time there is no mint or coriander leaves available so a biriyani base that is made ahead of any celebrations is very helpful
I have a question when you mention ginger garlic and green chilli is this 10gm each? Would be helpful if you can tell the gm weight since ratios make a difference in taste
