What kind of range can one expect from all these upgraded bikes? From a commuting standpoint that would be the deciding factor if I was to upgrade my bike or not.

This is exactly why it I'd get the XXX as my next bike over any other Surron type bike. For the price you can't beat it. You can get & Upgrade the XXX for about the same cost as a E-Ride ProSS and have a more powerful bike.

If you were to just swap the controller on a sting r, whats the max you could pull without the breaker switching?
You wouldn't ever trip your breaker with the stock battery even with an upgraded controller, you need 25 plus kw to trip it.

Hang on Luna Cycles talaria xxx says in the spec it’s the sting R motor. You say that is not? It’s one of the reasons I got the bike was to upgrade and have a decent motor for it already

If you mean the 13kw version Fw01 motor yes it should work with the frame adaption that we show and making sure your motor connector has been adapted to work with the xxx wire harness

This one is specific to the Nucular controller, you can option it with it. There are other controllers that have them as well
Did you only hit 59mph at 74v 12 kW? Did you have flux weakening enabled cause that seems really slow for 74v.
The motor is a low rpm motor and doesn't go super fast.

Ones 240+ pounds and one is 125.
That’s no longer a nimble bike. Anything past 200 feels heavy as hell. That’s no longer bicycle feeling. My KTM 690 is light for a motorcycle and after riding my mx4 it feels like a 600 pound Harley lol.
Also as far as money goes. You could get a 3k sports bike that would blow a stark away in terms of power many times over.
So cost doesn’t really mean much for just raw speed.
We love the small bikes so much more, that's why we build them instead of buying a 260lb beast that we cant ride most places we ride these

Yes you need an upgraded controller to use this battery.
If you only got a controller you won’t see any increase in power on the Luna cycle xxx. So it’s worth getting a controller if you also get a battery. Tbelectricmoto.com

That talaria XXX motor is a let down not gonna lie. I was thinking is was the same as the sting R motor. I was planning battery and controller but don’t think it’s really worth it unless I get a better motor but that’s even more money.
The xxx uses the same exact motor as the sting R, at least the Luna cycle xxx does
