Great video, still have an original Giant Team Once from late 90’s, cycling all my life. Now 72 struggling with very steep roads. Purchased a used 2019 D30 recently and has transformed my riding, covering 120-150 miles most weeks; whilst returning the enjoyment, fresh air & exercise. Will be watching your future videos…many thanks
I have a M30 and absolutely love it. Don’t always use the power, but it’s there should I need it. I had a long lay off from cycling (about 25 years), and was worried about starting again. The bike gave me the confidence to get out again. Never looked back. Good video, keep up the good work.
My wife did very little cycling. I bought her the Orbea gain and on holiday, without her knowing, she cycled it up Alpe D Huez. Obviously she has never let me forget it.
We have a climb near where I live known locally as the killer mile. I will probably give this a go fairly soon.
Great video, thank you Darryl. I'm 61 and I have been looking at the Gain D30 in both 1x and 2x configurations and I found your video to be very interesting, having a good look at the bike and how it performs. I'll check out the build video too.
I have no complaints so far. Just done another ride with an off road section. Didn't realise how enjoyable it could be - see the video in the next few days.

I have the exact same bike (and colour!) here in Hong Kong. We have some huge climbs here and the Gain more a less cuts them in half time wise.

Darrell, I am going back to your older videos that I have missed and enjoying them. One question if you don't mind, what is your age? I'm 76 and now enjoying my LOOK e-765 after 36 years on conventional road bikes.
