hi kiki! random idea to possibly help ship body butters in the future- (during hot months only) if a customer buys a body butter, they make a deposit for the insulated container with ice packs that the packaged BB comes in. if the customer chooses to ship the insulated container back after receiving their BB (which you recommend they do so you can maybe sanitize and reuse them, since you have employees that can help you with that now?) they get their deposit back. otherwise they can keep it and they’ve already paid for it. some kinks in there to workout but maybe an idea. i have seen some companies use similar systems like this, but haven’t seen it in the beauty industry yet i don’t think
Why don't you reformulate your formula and add cocoa butter or something and try insulated mailer and don't forget to leave them in the freezer before you ship them so they won't melt in the heat

I tried to get simplicity but it sold out so I got 2 other flavors. I did a patch test and it is not agreeing with my sensitive skin so let me know if anyone is interested and I can sell it to you. I will not be selling them for $50 like others on ebay.
Try wrapping the jars in tinfoil. I work in a lab and we get paraffin wax blocks sent to us and when placed in plastic bags even with ice packs they melt. But we return the blocks wrapped in tin foil and this surprisingly keeps them from melting.
