Non-Greasy Fluffy Whipped Cotton Candy Body Butter Recipe!

Today I'm showing you how to make cotton candy whipped body butter. It's the best recipe that I've ever created! The consistency is perfect; it makes the most beautiful piped swirls. It's firm enough that it stays whipped up, yet soft enough to be scooped. And the butter's performance is outstanding! It melts immediately upon skin contact. And it isn't greasy AT ALL!
You'll need 250 grams of butter; use any butter that you want. And a liquid emollient. You may use any carrier oil or a non-greasy emollient like Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cyclomethicone (and) Dimethicone, Dimethicone, Isopropyl Myristate, or Mid Chain Triglycerides.
RECIPE: 125 grams kokum butter, 125 grams kpagnan butter, 75 grams isopropyl myristate, 35 grams fragrance oil, 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder, 3 milliliters preservative (Germall plus). *This recipe does not contain water so the preservative isn't necessary. However, I added it because I added liquid color (dye & water). I added almost 10% fragrance oil, which is a lot. Normally I try to stay within 5%, but I wanted this body butter to be very fragrant. You can add less. If you don't have arrowroot powder, omit it or try tapioca starch. You can use any other butter. It does NOT have to be kpagnan or kokum.
Heat butter until melted. Heat liquid emollient to about the same temperature & add it to the melted butter. Add arrowroot powder (this reduces greasiness), then mix. Cool mixture to about 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Add fragrance oil. Mix everything well. Cool the mixture to room temperature or colder. The quickest way is to pour it in a pre-frozen aluminum pitcher and freeze it until it's solid on the outside and thick & creamy in the center. Now whip the mixture until it's light, fluffy, & has stiff peaks. Allow mixture to reach room temperature, then whip in the preservative. Check to make sure the butter pipes well.
ISSUES: If it's too hard to pipe or the butter comes out too stiff, then you may need to whip in more liquid emollient. If it's too soft & the butter runs out or isn't firm when piped, then you may have to melt some more hard/brittle butter, cool it, then whip it in. Add additional ingredients slowly, a little bit at a time, whipping after each addition, then testing the butter's consistency.
The piped butter should be firm, but soft to the touch. Once you have the correct consistency, divide the butter & add color to each. Use liquid color. Use a large tip to pipe the butter in your container. The heat from your hands will melt the butter

I’m not sure if/when Fizz Fairy will ever restock Cotton candy eco glitter [CCEG] as they ran out a couple years ago. [CCEG] is more like a large flake-mica rather than glitter; it’s very lightweight & super delicate. The closest thing to CCEG that I know of are NS's “eco glitters”. They’re named “eco glitter” too but have all the qualities of a large-flake mica. Use them one at a time or combine them to create a rainbow effect. [CCEG] is more iridescent rather than rainbow, so it’s not the exact same, but they're all gorgeous none the less
