Great vid and boat. Have the same boat coming to Sydney, it’s only a few weeks away. Have been waiting 9 months. So sailing clips are getting me by. Waters of so cal look great.
We're mainly just sailing off the coast here in Southern California. The most wind we've had her in is probably 18 knots with full sails which was too much without being reefed. I personally think the boat really comes alive in the 12-15 knot range. Then it's reef time.
@@WilderSailing thanks for the prompt response. I am planning on taking the same boat to Catalina from Newport, OC. Do you think I should go bigger boat? The winds get up to 20 knots at times especially on the way back in the afternoon…
@@zho0616 I think your fine on the 35. We did Catalina on the boat last August and it was great. Spent 5 nights there at Two Harbors. If it gets too windy, drop the sails and motor or just reef up. You'll love it.
@@zho0616 We had a total of 2 adults, 2 kids and our Husky. It can be tight when below, but if the weather is good everyone will be on deck which is plenty of room. Just tight below.

You'll love her... Easy to sail.
