He saying he was singing badly and out of tune. They both hit wrong notes. They sound good still. Most vocalist aren’t perfect.

First, I love the natural, raw reverb of that warehouse and singing un-mic’d. The combo just works - especially for this song. Second, this is just a fantastic cover. You guys captured all of the emotion and then some of the original and the harmonies were just awesome. Great job and great sound!
