Please ask him one question if Troc with CKD can be priced at 22 lakh why can't they start producing it and make a price at around 15 lakh... We need it 🙄😭😭

Please ask the executive, what about the poor maintenance service? What about sales of over the counter spare parts? When will Volkswagen group loosen its monopoly over its service network, spares and tool required. I think customer should have the liberty to service his vehicle as he wants but of course adhering to the company specs and procedure. Dealers are more pain in the A** than a friend to rely on when your car gives up on you, sad but true. This is true for most of European manufacturers in India including Volkswagen group owned cars.

Recently I’d a very bad experience of so called VW brand and the German Engineering reliability. My peace of mind was totally screwed up with 2020 Polo GT TSI. In order to have a peaceful life I’ve to sold it out in just 14 months. Finally I’m happy now by getting the rid of the so called German brand ownership experience.
