I'll be "semi-retiring" (from the U.S.) in Davao City 4/24, and I'll initially be staying at The Avida Tower Condos, while I'm deciding where to rent permanently; but if I really like Avida,
I might just stay there. I don't want to drive, so I'll be using taxis for all of my travels through the city, so I'm thinking that being located in The City center will be best.
