    soak your lentils for half an hour before cooking...they 'll taste way better

      Mathew Roy she's not fully vegan she said she's a gluten free dairy vegetarian. She just eats more plant based.

    I am definitely going to give it a try! I am going back to the US to visit my mom and she gets a kick out of eating vegan when I cook for her. This is ideal!     I am new to your Channel I will definitely try them out and watching your channel you totally have inspired me to change my lifestyle in the way I eat you are always so detailed and how you prepare your meals I've been trying your recipes out for a full week now and since I have been doing that I'm starting to feel better I have Lupus and I'm trying to overturn it I've done some research and found out going vegan will help me out a whole lot

    when I saw the photo of the video I was like: Son arepas???
    i'm Colombiana so I eat arepas all the time because it's a national thing in Colombia and Venezuela. Glad to see you cook something so close to my heart and it is vegan. AWESOME💚
    ps: the dough was just a little but dry but im sure they were tasty. I can give you some recipes to do a lot of colombian types of arepas.

      Daniela ManriqueC I'm also Colombiana and thought the same thing about the dough. My mom always taught me to use hot water as well, make them about half inch thick, and we don't use much oil for frying. Maybe 1 tsp to coat the pan, so they're not greasy. Love arepas & was so happy and surprised to see them featured 💕

    You kept showing lentil pasta. I had to order a box to try. They also had black bean pasta. I love both beans. So I hope I will like these. Your food always looks good and healthy.

      athena energy Shine typically you want mostly carbs, some protein and fats. But that different for everyone. You have to find what works fornyou

      Vanessa Aguilera a little like green tea! its a very specific flavor, you either love or hate it. you can get a soy matcha latte at starbucks to try the flavor out before you buy an entire package of matcha :)

      Fruitveganful Martenson Less sugar/calories and works just as well to make smoothies creamy.

    Actually!! Olive oil is not good for cooking cause it gets rancid quickly!! It's better as dressing or anything uncooked :) coconut oil is good for cooking cause it had a higher smoke point !!
