Changing transfer case fluid on a 2008 Saturn Outlook

I go over a few things not really shown on some other videos. Working around the heat shield, using the correct torx bit, and you need a pump to get the oil in. A bag doesn’t really work.

What oil did you use?

I used valvoline full synthetic 75w-90.

We just changed out the front axles on our 09 outlook still hear somewhat of a catching/grinding noise when turning we forgot to add oil to transfer case thought transmission fluid was what lubed the axles…

@@brittneypaul7480 if you didn’t drain the transfer case, you shouldn’t have lost any oil. It’s been a minute since I’ve done this, but as I recall the front axles come out of the transmission.
