- Broward Circuit Judge John Murphy may declare a mistrial on Friday in the case of Florida rapper YNW Melly who prosecutors accused of killing two of his fellow YNW Collective rappers over four years ago.
Let’s be honest, if the jury can’t decide then there just gonna retry him later this year…..That’s the typical course of action

This dude literally texted "I did that, shhh!" from his phone hours after the killings. Then he doesn't go to his 2 best friends funerals and is seen the next day dancing and laughing on video. Bullet trajectory shows the bullets came from the exact seat Melly was sitting. Melly texts that it's gonna be his fault if "dem crackers come for him". Sak literally threatened Melly's mom and its on record. Melly's phone is at the exact location of the killings at the exact time of the killings as shown my cell tower records. There was a shell casing of the round that killed Sak and Juvy on the floorboard of the seat where Melly was sitting. Stippling on the face of Juvy shows that the shots to him were fired within 3 feet or less, that can't happen in a drive by. Forensics showed that a drive by was impossible and no evidence of one has ever surfaced.

How would they be undecided on the consequences if they haven't found him guilty of anything? It's undecided on his guilt. As much as some people believe he's guilty because "no one" else could've done it, the evidence they've presented is circumstantial, at best. Even though they've convicted people of murder on way less, this isn't a good sign for the state. He's walking free on this case. Either by a finding of not guilty or deadlock causing a mistrial.

We don’t know what the jury is voting on when I was jury duty we had to pick out 4 options out of the four it was a less sentence. And that’s the hold up I think they find him guilty but for what ? Is it for first degree manslaughter or life with no prior or the death penalty it’s something that making the jury hard to decide because I think somebody said give him the death penalty and they voted 2-10 no death penalty or 8-4 for death penalty

Hindsight is 20/20. We can’t punish police for small errors if they were able to put the pieces to the puzzle. He got in that backseat on video, and the shooter was in his position. So now, tell me how else WITH REASON AND COMMON SENSE could someone else get in there, spare him and Bortlen, but only kill the other two? And remember, he sent a text saying “Bortlen did one of the realist sh-t of my life, if them crack-s come for me you forgot it’s my fault?”
If that doesn’t make you believe he did it, our society is far DUMBER than I thought. We are doomed as people when common sense isn’t used.

Sadly, it only takes 1 or 2 people to cause a problem with these juries, and coming to a verdict.
There is no way to determine the psychological competency of a juror, or their personal agendas or biases. I served on 2 different juries, and both times i found myself wondering who some of these people really were, and how they were viewing certain things that i found to be blatantly obvious.
