Now as long as they keep taking him to trial, they gonna hold him until that trial ends in a conviction. They can’t hold him “for long as they want” tho. They not gonna keep trying the case over and over. If it ends in mistrial again they are going to have to reconsider some things.

Jury system in America is comical to me from start. In my country people are found guilty based on evidence that police collect by judge. What is use of some bunch of random people talking about if they think he is guilty or not? Evidence prove guilt without any doubt? - guilty. Evidence did not prove guilt without any doubt? Not guilty. That simple. Doesn´t mean that there are no mistakes. There are ofcourse. But all the system and even trial itself is led as office think. Much more serious, no show from lawyers, no show from prosecutor. Two sides that show their evidence and one judge that will evaluate it. That judge must have highest legal education, 5 years of active lawyer work experience and extremely hard judge exam. Much simplier and much more exact, because decision is made by someone who has expertise to make this decision.
RICH and famous. They may get prosecuted, but not convicted. Also check statistics on death sentence inmates. Percentages are unreal in regards to rich vs poor!
I don't know that I could say without a reasonable doubt he's guilty from what the prosecution presented. I don't know if he did it or not, but they definitely don't have direct evidence. Very much circumstantial.

No "normal dude" is going to have that much evidence against them in a double murder case, no plausible alibi, and witness tampering charges related to that very case. Our justice system has tons of issues, but keeping him locked up isn't one of them.
