Video is amazing! Love this new style. One thing, though - the jump in volume from the intro music to the voiceover is really noticeable. I had to up my volume quite a bit to bring the voice to the same loudness.

Oh my god that looked so good. Brussel sprout slaw is the best, I'd say its right up there with red cabbage slaw. In another voice over video you could be making tater tots or traditional fish and chips.
Never heard of Sprout slaw...will definitely try it.
@@aaronaragon7838 I hadn't heard of it either until my dad made some with a package of pre cut Brussel sprouts. It was so good. You should be able to find it in the produce section of your local grocery store .
Looks delicious. Iâm not the biggest fan of coleslaw so I would probably make some sort of smoked red pepper chutney

I like the closeups as they are very astetically appealing but the way they are cut feels as tho action is being forced into the shot that should be calm. I really like how your original style feels like being taught how to cook by a friend. Hope it helps best of luck

The time i left the skin on the chicken, it all curled up on a single spot and ended up being not crispy, not really good tbh, i think it was because the skin wasnt attached that good to the meat, but you could easily remove it at the end anyway.
Also i prefer lard for frying, it actually leaves no taste, based on personal experience and from feedback of multiple people, and still has a high smoke point, also could be cheaper than oil in your country.
