    In India, these are called Semia, Seviyan or Vermicelli. For all those confused, lemme clarify. Vermicelli in India don't mean the same as their Asian counterpart which are thin Rice noodles. In India, they are made of Durum wheat or all purpose flour. Seviyan are of two types, one of which are extremely thin like melt in your mouth used to make Muslim deserts on Eid. Other Semia are a bit thicker, like the one he uses, used to make both savoury and sweet dishes.

    Whoa! This is good! Made a cheddar and chive on sourdough for breakfast. (And just a dab of spicy mustard). Unfortunately I can feel my arteries hardening, so I only ate half of it. It would be good on a lunch menu. Next time I’ll add some ham, and ease back on the cheese. I might have gone overboard with the cheese.

    My grandfather (Belgian, the kings of fries) would teach us how to make fries and we’d make them together as a family. Whole thing took less than an hour from unpeeled potatoes to crispy fries and were also better than restaurant quality, I don’t know what you crackpots are wasting all this time for

    Just my opinion, but the “chai tea” thing to me is more like saying “garlic aioli” than “tea tea”, because chai isn’t _just_ tea, it’s a type of tea. Just like saying “garlic aioli” is like saying garlic garlic emulsion”, saying “chai tea” is like saying “milk and spices black tea tea”. But I guess it is easier to just say “tea tea”.

    Your videos are always amazing super informative; do you think you could address utensils; the simple things like pots and pans. For instance like the handle and weight, knives could be a short part but also things like your tweezers, sieves and the other things you have in the kitchen you have as basic things for you but you wouldn't really find in your home kitchen
