    What if you have a case that due to tooth wear of the cusps, the contact is happening at a surface and not at a point? How do you adjust that to get a balanced occlusion? Do you try to reshape the cusp to make it pointy? Thanks for these lectures

    should i do occlusal adjustments on every pacient? like a preventive treatment. even if they don't have restorations or anything.
