Honestly, now that I think about it, from how the Oracle form is described, it sounds awfully similar to the Litch frame...

A Non Human Person, yes. A Deimosian like Sysyphus? Probably no. Its got a body, not a casket, it sees the future like an Oracle Chorus bicameral, though it itself is obviously not bicameral, and the karrakins are mentioned to have raided and scavenged for Machine Minds in the ruins of the Capital City. Its likely an improved/more self sufficient version of the Five Voices machine minds developed in the high science epoch before the meelee

Wooo more Karrakin Trade Baronies! Loved reading that section on Passacaglia. Really cool that it addresses the mythologizing of historical figures to the point of hiding anything about them less than perfect.

I'm curious who sent the oracle, was it Ra or another being like Ra? What need do they have for a farmer-warrior king? Also now I'm wondering if Karrakis has ancient alien guys that take stuff like this and are all "It was aliens man."
