- Lorna Slater took the opportunity to have a dig at Humza Yousaf as she berated him for ending the Bute Hue Agreement.
Ms Slater enquired about the climate compatibility assessment of the proposed dualling of the A96, claiming it shouldn't be dualled for the sake of future generations.

The A96 is a very important road that carries a lot of heavy traffic it needs to be upgraded

A96 dualling is all about reducing deaths on the current route. Not really sure if building or converting dual carriageways sways people into thinking - ‘oh, I must now buy a car now that dual carriageway has been built’. Am I missing something?
