    材料Ingredients:
    大蜆 1斤 Clams 600g
    蒜頭 5片 Sliced Garlic 5pcs
    乾蔥 2顆 Shallot 2pcs
    蔥段 適量 Scallion appropriate
    指天椒 2條 Chill 2pcs
    豆豉粒 1湯匙. Black Bean 1tbsp
    醬汁Sauce:
    豆瓣醬 2茶匙 Chill Bean Sauce 2tsp
    生抽 1茶匙 Soy Sauce 1tsp
    老抽 1茶匙 Dark Soy Sauce 1tsp
    蠔油 2茶匙 Oyster Sauce 2tsp
    糖 1茶匙 Sugar 1tsp
    紹興酒 1湯匙 Shaohsing Chinese Wine 1tbsp
    勾茨(生粉水) Starchy Sauce:
