Just the video I have been looking for. Simple but absolute genius. Best toggle clamp system I have seen and with so many different applications.
Thank you, hope can give inspired for your project
Show meu Amigo, gostei MUITO, tirei até umas ideias vendo suas habilidades!
Abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
glad hear that , thank you hope this video can inspired
Amiga.
I'm watching this video for the second time so I could take notes of measurements. So far, this is the "track saw" I like the most! The other one has rails and linear rail bushings and the saw is suspended above the piece to be cut. I want to make it like a panel saw only smaller and portable if needed. It will be for cross-cutting. Thank you again for a great design and for sharing it with us, the viewers.
Glad you like it! thank you very much!
Great video on multifunctional design and use of the tools and your made platform! Awesome versatility on the finished piece. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to more videos on your experiences.
Thank you hope can give inspiration!
That is a great track. I love the self clamping.

Have you done it?
@@jimmatrix7244 😄 reminded me of a meme: “when a man says he will do something, he will do it. There is no point reminding him every six months”!! So, no, but the intent exists.
@@shripadlale7476 Well, procrastination is also an activity.😊😊

This is só simples that It hurts all other complicated projects. Good work and good video.
Thank you so much
GREAT video, easy to follow along and very well documented. I like the clamping system, simple but IT WORKS! !! !!!
Thank you very much
This is a nice easy to follow project. Thanks!
I am one who is a stickler for safety and have seen way too many industrial accidents as a safety engineer. When using the mitre saw, let the saw blade come to a full stop after the cut in the down position. Then raise the blade to remove the cut piece. Even though the blade has a safety guard, I have seen blocks of wood flung across a room by a rotating saw blade despite the guard in place. This can pose a hazard to you or others in the vicinity of the saw.
Be safe. Nice project!!!!
thank you for your suggestion i will more carefully on next project. hope this video can give inspired
Just brilliant. Thanks for sharing. Cheers from North of France.
Your welcome hope give inspired
That was AWESOME!!!! thank you
Thank you
Another magnificent "gadget" for my workshop ..... thanks!
Fantastic!
So i came up with an almost identical design on my own that i finished today and found this video looking for ways to clamp the track in place and wanted to point out something very important. DO NOT drill all the mounting holes in the saw base plate at the same time. Drill and tap the aluminum rail (i used three 1/4"-20 machine screws) using a #7 drill bit, THEN drill the first hole through the base plate. Install first machine screw, then mark the second hole, repeat, and repeat for the third screw. The reason for this is because most people will be using a hand drill and even though a center punch is used, standard twist drill bits almost always walk some when not used in a drill press. Split point bits walk less but can still be an issue. I have 4 holes for three mounting screws in my saw base plate since i didn't follow this advice.
thank you
Video yang menarik, plus animasinya yang mudah difahami........keren lah bang.......

Have a new palm router a full size router plunge router couple of jigsaws and a 3 circular saws so think I'm going to make one of these and perhaps the table saw you made for a circular saw and dedicate one of my circular saws to a table saw! Wow, great job. Loved the digital aspect and editing. You’re very talented. Also great execution and functionality of the track, it’s really good.🙏👍
This is a great design. Instant sub! Thanks.
Awesome, thank you!
Fantastic Video.... the best I have seen in a very long time...
Wow, thanks!
Thanks for the information :) cool video...
Thank you very much
Impressive. I've used a straight edge screwed to a scrap blank. Then ran my saw against the straight edge and cut the scrap to match the edge of the saw blade. then whenever I line up the edge I get a straight cut right where I wanted it to. Without all the milling, gluing and waxing. Clamps could be placed on an outer edge away from the saw motor. Your video shows skill and ingenuity, but for a quick and dirty build - using a large enough piece of scrap and clamping it down to a work surface is much easier. The ONLY thing my rig can't do that yours can is to clamp to the table saw as a rip fence. But there are other solutions for clamping rip fences parallel to the blade or even on a severe angle to the blade. Cove cutting for instance. Yours can't cove cut.
thank you
That track saw jig is as amazing as his nails.
Thank you
This is the BEST TRACK SAW jig I have seen. would love to have it in my Wood Junky tool box. can I get the plans to make this?

Great job maestro on the saw guide and thank you for sharing. People like you make life more easier and simple in wood working. I'm adding this new tool to my play box. Oh by way, Where did you buy the two small clamps?
Thank you 👍, i buy mini toggle clamp on ali express
Great track! But I wanna give your video editing a big thumbs up. A lot of people don't realize how much goes into it. The classical style of music with the simple elegant font and then cuts of the digital design....soo good. You just got a sub from me. Keep doing what you're doing.
Glad you liked it! thank you very much
Great video…
remember, if you need it for thicker cuts that the thickness of this might interfere with the cut, there are 8 1/4 and 10 1/4 inch saws…. It will work just as well on those saws and maintain a deep enough cut. (Unless you get a great deal though it would be cheaper to stick with 7 1/4 inch saw and aluminum track).
Thanks for the info!
Very good work
Thank you so much 😀
Bagus sekali.

Leaned something about the use of toggle clamp. Thx.

Es GENIAL. Solo dudo un poco, en el MDF, que se deforma con humedad, segun como quede apoyado, etc. Quizas sumando rigidez con alguna planchuela de aluminio.... x ej, la U de guía superior.
yes you right i use MDF before i found HMR but now all project i use HMR coz more durable, flat, solid and water resistant
Very good.
Thank you
Très intéressant, je ne connaissais pas ce système.
thank you hope this video can give inspired
Alri bro.. What's the best wood for te top of the table saw?? What wood is twbbest to use I mean??
You are so good at what you do , you make me want buy metric measuring instrument to avoid converting to imperial measurements.
thank you very much !!, i more familier use metric than inches coz all machine on my country use metric
plywoodworking Americans are known to be rebellious... Hole world is metric.. I just have to adapt. Big fan and subscriber of your channel as a newbie to wood working.
@@PRmeckanic yes almost all use metric, american love use inches, i ty use inches but confuse, for me metric more detail coz use milimeter and i more familier with that measure. thank you for all support hope can give inspired!
When cutting plywood, score it before you cut. Less splinters
my blade on that video not sharpen so look mess
Nice
Thank you

thank you
Excellent video my friend. New sub.
thank you
What size are the toggle clamps used and where did you buy them . Thank you
That mini toggle clamp i buy on ali express, try search with mini toggle clamp vertical
You need either to resharpen your saw blade or to buy yourself a new one. The blade that you are using here is messing up the plywood. I recommend using a 60T or 80T, thin kerf blade for materials like MDF or plywood. Just don't rush it through the material when you cut. You'll be surprized!
Keep up the good work!
Yes 100% right, coz so many cut aluminium my blade need resharpen again, this multi material blade.
I have 60T blade but sometime i lazy change that😁.
Thank you for reminder👍
Muy buen video amigo, una pregunta; con que software haces las presentaciones??

A suggestion is to use wedges to fasten the rail, its an old and cheap carpenter fastening technique.
