    Good video. only thing I could add is a calm voice saying - "and.. stop stop". before you land the load. when you hear the rigger say "and" you know you are about to stop so you slow down on the winch.
    much smoother than a quick "stop stop".

    100% all ur videos are on point m8. Really good explanations, i try telling my riggers this shit but just end up getting pissed lol. This should part of the course/VOCS, not just calculations, span lines n gin polesl👊

    Been riggin for 8 or 9 years now del and I've only just landed a new job and we use radios all day every day

    Little tip is to keep the radio button pressed while the block is being lowered on the blind, you don't have to be speaking but I like to know when I'm on the crane that the radio battery hasn't died and the last thing the banksman said was lower the chains.
