Hey, are these tests for all IBs in London as well, or is this specific to the US?

Unfortunately I didn't apply to Jefferies as they opened much later last year so I'm not 100% certain. But according to some sources online, it seems like you can expect a fairly doable verbal and numerical reasoning test like the ones provided by SHL. Here is a forum post on that: www.wallstreetoasis.com/company/jefferies-company/interview/spring-insight-week

What percentage of students get knocked out in the online stage?

    • @interngameplan7894

Hi Elamin that's a very good question and it is something I have spent a fair amount of time trying to research. Perhaps there are a few sites out there that report such figures but this is something that would be incredibly difficult to estimate.
However, I would say the number is an overwhelming majority e.g. above 70% of candidates that get knocked out at this stage. For Morgan Stanley and Nomura, it's probably above 90% of candidates that get knocked out, while some other firms are less obsessed about wiping everyone out so early on.
