    Yay! Great Video, Steve! I had never heard of "specific jurisdiction." Learning that term allowed me to research exactly what I needed to know. Although I wouldn't object to a Part 2 about long-arm statutes. ;) Thank you for the video!!! :)

    Municipal "courts" and any other "court" that enforces a statute are administrative agencies.

      Courts (agencies) are being used to unlawfully dispossess ppl of their homes. In MA, CA and many other states, these Courts have NO jurisdiction over TITLE. Yet,, they’re giving possession to lying attorneys. What can we file to void the entire case - ab initio??

    Mr Steve, excellent video. Questíon, I have restrictions, my faith doesnt allow me to persue damages. How do I declare my faith and belief have jurisdiction in my life? Is there a formal process that is preferred? Is belligerent the way to go in this situation?

    I wish you had license to practice in Texas I need a lawyer with gusto to getter done. I have several Federal Jurisdiction Contract cases valued in excess of millions in equitable damages to Securities I have so much evidence and proof of claim and I have remained in honor so the defendants dont stand a chance in Hell to get an approval for a motion to dismiss lol They will have to settle to avoid the judgement in my favor

    How and where do you sue The United States as it is a corporation that is bankrupt? Also in Foreclosure cases these corporations come over here from another state and sue in California when they are not registered with secretary of state?

      In most f/c cases, the attorney is lying about WHO his/her client is! THIS is a widespread problem b/c courts aren’t requiring attorneys to PROVE who their client is!

      You’re right - these financial institutions ending in “N.A.” are FOREIGN entities (UNABLE to conduct banking with American citizens)….

    Dear Steve, I'd appreciate if you answer this question: Can I bring the civil action to Federal District Court in CA against s-corp if I (the Plaintiff) live in CA and S-corp-(the tentative Defendant) regestred in Delaware, CEO of this s corp lives in CA, investment agreement that was expired was signed in CA, all operational business activities are in CA for selling e-books or programs worldwide online? The amount at dispute is around $300.000. Can I rely on diversity on the basis of me living in CA however the S-corp incorporated in Delawere even though they operate daily in CA?

    The goal being to remove myself from the case via dismissal or ?
    Is there a different way to divorce myself from the case/court ? Represent myself some way ?

    Question: can the place to sue can be specified in a contract?
    Can you do a video on that case?

    • @attorneysteve
      @attorneysteve  Před 6 měsíci +2

      Yes, I pointed that out in an annotation in this video. The parties can "agree" on jurisdiction. Steve
