I have a question. Does this apply to workers comp cases? If the plaintiff signs their employment contract in let’s say NY & is injured in NY. BUT the employer is headquartered/principally located in CA. Would CA also have jurisdiction of this case?? Thanks
They can and in a JP court they usually will. I had a case dismissed and the corporation has refilled. Back to court and seeking a final. Same facts same details. Enjoyed the video. Thank you!
Hey Steve, there’s so much going on now with timelines and “Emergency Order 9”, im working to understand timelines…. potential defenses to improperly scheduled defaults or dismissal Hearings. If hearings are scheduled outside “ 16/5 “ requirements for mail in CA , or “16/10” requirements for out of state services, does the Court have jurisdiction in the case improperly scheduled? What if this is state court and the plaintiff is suing for defamation that allegedly happened on the internet? How can a NY resident challenge the personal jurisdiction in a case like that?

The pro se thing helped Me comprehend the PATTERN: From "fascist pig Parking Nazi" to evaluated "Being female"... I wondered for decades WTH? University educated People being _____ towards Me.
2015 Supervisor's attempt to GasLight Me (again) was to stand beating Her fist on the desk, yelling "I DARE YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH HR!" I hadn't filed anything against Her.
TAMU LIED to the Court via TXOAG, claiming it was Me that yelled at Her. I sent the audio & transcript to the STXCOURT, the Clerk filed it under "Bankruptcy" instead of Civil. 🙄
Every Court referred to Me as "MR O": STXCOURT, 5th Circuit, SCOTUS. 🙄
No Legal Aid for "fee generating cases", even if I qualified.
3+ hours Deposition by TXOAG 2019: "What is Your Religion?" 🤔
TXSFMO ignored documentation of FALSE inspection dates by the preferred younger male.
Backdated injury report, followed by vacation suspension July-November to try to force Me to sign FMLA request, while at the same time the denial document was being created.
I could probably use My experiences to teach an entire Employment Law curriculum, if I knew Law & Process professionally. 🙈🙉🙊

Regarding your video production:
There's too much white in the scene and as an effect your face is being washed out because it's darker than everything else.
In order to fix this problem -- set your camera to HDR mode (high dynamic range) this will reduce the white hotspots and brighten the dark areas.

did you try your volume buttons? Sometimes a video of mine will be lower than it should be, but go full volume on CZcams and your computer and you should be able to hear the good word!! Peace
