Medchal kompally areas are already expensive. Employment is the key factor and Pocharam area is still economical where you get 15 to 25k per square yard within outer ring road and closer to Infosys. No point in going beyond ORR
Telangana government announced GRID policy for IT (Growth in dispersion) but not focused on any other areas except Gachibowli kokapet surrounding. We don't see any efforts in that direction to spread IT all around Hyderabad. Only in TCS in Adibhatla and Infosys in Pocharam is not sufficient. Medchal IT park looks to be an election stunt

There is hardly any appreciation of plots on Warangal highway in the last 2years except hype about Yadadri temple. Without employment, none of the areas develop faster. People commute from Boduppal to Puppalaguda for their jobs. On Warangal highway, supply is far exceeded the demand
